Protests have sprung up around the country at Democrats' town halls, planned through the month of August during the congressional recess. Some Democrats charge the disruptions at these events are staged, and say these critics are part of "angry mobs." But some Republicans counter, saying Democrats are dismissing the concerns of average citizens who merely want to show their opposition to President Obama and the health care overhaul agenda.
