This "trade imbalance" has been orchestrated by both parties over decades... no one party is to blame; corruption and greed by career politicians in BOTH are. All that has ever been needed is sound regulations and guidelines for businesses to operate under, concerning how much any given corp. can profit from moving to overseas business at third world wages and how much can be imported vs. exported. Simple.
We don't want to live at third world wages and conditions. If business is allowed to vacate the U.S., and produce at these levels, we can't compete. If business is allowed to vacate the U.S., we lose jobs. We still have to consume and buy. Businesses import foreign made crap, from overseas plants and from plants indigenous to these nations at HUGE profits; not profits from what the American economy is based on and would be "normal" profits. It's garbage that we export nearly as much as we import. It's garbage that this is the "new" global economy, and we have no choices.
Our economy has been sold out by both parties to the destruction of the middle class, and soon every bit of money will have been made off the middle class' backs that is possible. So now what? "Create" jobs? When we already can still produce what we consume, but don't?
Regulations and parameters... not a welfare state, and not wild-west, no holds barred capitalism. Can't any see that there are other choices, simple and workable ones, and needs to be?
Start by getting true representatives in government; not lawyers, career politicians. Then do away with the Illegal Federal Reserve. THEN we'll get somewhere.
"Oh, before I forget. I also brought about half-a-trillion in treasury bonds with me. Please buy them. please, please, please...
Don't ya love how this article makes it sound like "The Obama World Tour 2009":
His Asian journey will add four countries to the 16 he has already visited. He is traveling first to Japan, then to Singapore, China and South Korea. The eight-day trip will highlight a dramatically changing continent.

Stop Barack Obama's Copenhagen Treason
Prevent a One World Order!
The United States of America was born as an independent, sovereign, nation in July of 1776, when our Founding Fathers signed the Declaration of Independence. The sovereign and independent status that America has cherished for over 200 years may come to an abrupt end in December, 2009, if Barack Obama signs the Copenhagen Climate Treaty.
What is the Copenhagen Climate Treaty?
The Copenhagen Treaty has two stated goals:
Transfer wealth from Industrial Nations (The United States) to Developing Countries.
Dictate energy use and consumption to Industrial Nations (The United States)
This is what Obama Hitler has in mind now. How did he ever get into the our Whitehouse. He is out to destroy our USA. And getting away with it so far. Bail outs - Health care that only a few want. Brake America and give it to other countries.
HOW CAN WE STOP THIS.
Whats so tough about saying "I'm sorry" since thats all he has done since he has been in office. Seems easy to me. Course he will probably send them some more dough, though!
Is Obama going to take a hat with him to beg for handouts?
We have never had a weaker negotiating position than we do now. If China pulls the plug on loaning money to the U S government, we'll be in a world of hurt. We're indebted up to our necks, and it's getting worse daily. The $Dollar is in free-fall, and I suspect that China wants out, which will lead to massive inflation as the Fed just prints more money to fund Obama's spending plans.
"Change we can believe in" - Is it still working for you???
nice, he'll sign over the rest, what little there is left of U.S superiority before chairman o heads to Copenhagen to finish us off with the global fraud treaty.
Here's the latest from Rasmussen Reports, the most accurate pollster in last year's elections.
"Overall, 47% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-two percent (52%) disapprove". He's lost about 20% in 10 months. At that rate, he'll be below Bush's final numbers in about 6 more months. Keep up the good work.
If I remember correctly, at this point in Bush's first year, his approval rating was about 80%.
The only thing that really bothers me is, some people that actually think, he is doing a good job? Speaking of jobs, wheres those 3 to 4 million jobs Oblahblah?
YES WE CAN = Mantra for the brain dead !!!!
Hope and Change......I Hope there is some Change left, when Oblahblah is out of office!
No kidding, I was dating a perfectly good woman until recently...she was way to the left and had this delusion that he (Obummer) was doing a good job, no way that was going to last. Never thought I'd see the day when I had to choose between politics and really good, well you know what I mean. Very well educated too, masters degree, going for her doctorate...it just goes to show you no matter how smart someone is, they can still have whacked ideas.
Another post a few days ago quoted Michael Savage, must be true: "Liberalism is a metal disorder"
I've heard this "his decision will be soon" for how long now. Soon, is that a subjective word? How soon. At least send troops to protect the soldiers there now.
His "decision" will happen just as soon as he finds someone who will "advise" what he's already decided to do. Then when it all goes to hell, he'll have someone else to blame.
US Debt under the Leftist Liberals: Still Growing and Going Strong.
Madison - US Debt to foreign investors has been growing under every President since at least Reagan, and probably Johnson. Even in the 60s, when we last regularly enjoyed a favorable balance of trade, we had a negative balance of payments due to huge expenditures on foreign aid.
But the last time this nation enjoyed a favorable balance of trade was in 1975, under Gerald Ford. Since then we been importing more than we export, and at an every accelerated rate. There's no magic involved here, for every dollar in imports not balanced by a dollar of exports, you have to either sell something or borrow something.
So we've been spending down assets and living on credit for the last 30+ years, and not just under those "leftist liberals". Under Reagan our balance of trade deficit grew by nearly 500%, from 22,267,000,000 to $118,526,000,000. Under that bad o'l liberal, Clinton, it merely doubled, from $115,568,000,000 to $230,852,000,000.
All that has to be balanced somehow, and it has been, by foreign investment (that's people in Japan and China, buying up assets here) or by the selling of public or private debt (that's those same d*mn foreigners buying government and corporate bonds).
So if the words of U.S. Presidents, be they George W. Bush or Barrack Obama don't ring as loudly in the world today, remember the old adage: "Money talks. Bullsh*t walks."
dman-353357: Since we are keeping tab on who did what it was Ms. Allbright and Mr. Clinton who gave N. Korea the Uranium needed to make the Bomb. and allowed North Korea to pursue the peaceful nuclear develpment.
What's he going to warn them about his economic ignorance, his political ineptness, the fact that his word means nothing and he has never had a real job, they won't get to see his birth certificate or his GPA, he can't remember shi*, is lousy with history math and the truth, that he is a lying marxist and the worst most incompetent clown ever to hold the office and couldn't even get that right, wouldn't say the word terrorist(islamic)........this ought to fix their wagon.
Oh yeah! Go ahead and warn them, you didn't warn the USA.
All you FOX tongue waggers out there, don't go feeling sorry for them N. Koreans.
Yes, a prosperous China is "good" for all. How about a prosperous U.S.? I wonder, if China is going to be signing a pact in Copenhagen next month. Ummm, no.
Well, when a totally spineless loser, like Oblahblah leaves office, and we actually get a real "Leader" that really cares about the American people. Then, my knee-jerked, hackneyed, swaggering, insulting, valueless, rantings, will cease! Please don't write things that someone thinks has value(since it is merely Bush bashing) he is gone, and "Wonder Boy", is f*cking up worse than Bush ever dreamed of. BTW, when will you mention that he is borrowing more than Bush ever did ? Oh yeah that's not a valued fact, because your master is doing it right? No , OBAMA, is totally responsible for the debt that is now way out of control, and here he is out to borrow even more! Cant blame Bush forever folks, you need to see your Messiahs short comings as well!
Obama thinks a prosperous China is good for all.....Too bad he doesnt feel the same about a prosperous US....Will Obama be giving money away and apologizing on this trip too??? Maybe he should be told that he can travel without doing that....
BTW Sherri2012, you don't think Oblahblahs promise that unemployment would never go over 8% is NOT important? How about the 3 to 4 million jobs I brought up? That is not part of the 25 posts then is it? You see Sherri we real Americans don't care for LYING spineless sacks of crap! and Yes I didn't care for Bush either, I'm not tied to 2 party crap, there are better choices, only those that think they are smart, continue to vote 2 party lines, I guess you all think that they can do the job, even though they have had control for over 200+ years, funny, they cant fix sh!t! How's that for FACTS!
"We welcome China's efforts to play a greater role on the world stage, a role in which their growing economy is joined by growing responsibility," Obama said.
That's a real peach of a statement from someone that the Chinese warned about his stupid financial policies. Even Communist China is balking at buying more of America's debt when our policies are being set by a group of economic and mental midgets.
Has anyone else wondered if the reason our country wont drill for our own oil and natural gas is because these idiots running America have used our resources for collateral to finance the New World Odor takeover of America? America has more oil and natural gas than all of the Arab Nations combined. Yet hear we sit still trapped by the importation of over priced crude.
And, speaking of responsibility, when will Oba-a-a-a-a-ma show some for the financial implosion of our nation and the job losses under his Nation destroying financial policy. Or, how about just being responsible enough to uphold the Constitution as he swore to do? It's a requirement of the job. Kissing our enemies and economic competitors under their tail feathers is not. And when do you suppose he intends to bring those manufacturing jobs back from overseas as he promised during his campaign. Just another heap of Obamanure.
I don't know how much more Chinese success we can stand. Virtually all of my running shoes are Chinese. I always seek ones made any where but China but they are few and far between (New Balances make my feet stink). Now it seems tires may have followed. I've probably bought 15 sets of B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's over the years. On my newest set I can't find a label that says where they're made anywhere on the tire. I looked in my shed at an old one and boom there's the label,on the new one in the same spot:nothing. I'm not sure if they're made in China but I'm betting they didn't come from the US of A.
Has our president never heard of the First Law of Thermodynamics? There is a fixed amount of petroleum in the world and we are competing with China for what is left of it. China is a threat, and power is a zero-sum game. American business transformed dirt farmer China into a petrol burning machine. We saw the result of globalized trade last summer: $140/bbl crude oil.
Our president is talking about free-trade and climate change, but free-trade is climate change.
Sad to say, but unions have so disenfranchised themselves with America, we don't want to buy anything from them anymore. After 5 NEW gms in the past 14 years, never again.
They sell us cheap products, and we pay them with money that they use to buy our debt that will soon be worthless. Nice deal all around. The ultimate question is "Who get's stuck with the $Dollars when they become worthless - kind of like musical chairs.
Has anybody seen a chart on what's happening to the value of the $Dollar recently?
OK so if we do away with all manufacturing and let the Chinese take over we will benefit? If we bankrupt the US farmers so we will have to buy food from other countries, we benefit?
This has to be the dumbest SOB president ever ...
Who he hell would be so stupid as to support his screwed up concepts. He is a moron.
It is perfectly OK to buy Chinese products as they are neither rubbish or junks. Most Chinese products are of good quality and provide consumers with value for money. For those who advocating buying USA, there is hardly any consumer products made in USA. because it is more economical sense to make it overseas. We can blame our unions for their greedy wage demand which makes production here uneconomical. Also our corporations are also responsible for current predicament.
Since we are keeping tab on who did what it was Ms. Allbright and Mr. Clinton who gave N. Korea the Uranium needed to make the Bomb.
Thomas Boyce - Since we are citing facts, I challenge yours. I can find no mention of any such gift of uranium. There was the 1994 Agreed Framework agreement between the two countries, which would required North Korea to replace two reactors usable for the enrichment of uranium with Light Water Reactors. This agreement, which was never a treaty ratified by congress, persisted in troubled fashion until 2004, when North Korea announced it would no longer comply with it and that it was resuming its own nuclear research.
So, show me your source. Where's the gifted uranium, suitable for bombs?
Or is your post, just another facts optional message from the right.
Heinrich von Dorf - quality Chinese products????? Lead paint on toys other chemicals laced in products sent to us. Where have you been lately?
"We welcome China's efforts to play a greater role on the world stage, a role in which their growing economy is joined by growing responsibility," Obama said.
1. China's greater role has helped destroy American business and created huge job losses.
2. "Growing responsibility?" Boy is that vague. Is that a reference to all the substandard products they have been flooding the market with? OR a responsibility to take over the world, with China as the new leader?
If you read this article carefully, either there are many mis-quotes or the speech is lawyer double-speak. I'm not seeing where our President has any business experience or is actively doing what is necessary to protect America. Mr President, America should come first in your priorities, not everyone else!
What business experience did George W. Bush have? He failed at every enterprise in life until he became President. ...and he was a failure at that too.
People are bashing Obama for trying to work with the Chinese. But he has no choice. China is rapidly emerging as an economic superpower; it didn't happen overnight. If you're going to blame Obama, you'd best blame Bush, and Clinton, and Bush and Reagan and pretty much every body back to Nixon.
Obama is nothing more than the PIMP IN CHIEF. His conduct is similar to a PIMP, and what he is doing is selling out our Country, its morals, and its beliefs, all so he can pose on the World stage as some sort of "great leader"> He and his minions are totally unfit to lead this Country, and with each passing day, those who were stupid enough to actually believe what he "PROMISED" during his campaign, are eating crow and cannot be happy in their "choice"> I will admit that the "choice" for president in last election was miserable at best. To get better people in elective office, its time America wakes up and gets off their dead Ass and get involved. If not we/you will only see the same thing for years to come, and even this great Country cannot survive such mal-feasance of duty.
willowbrook "If you read this article carefully, either there are many mis-quotes or the speech is lawyer double-speak."
I'll give you a clue - He's a lawyer.
dman-353357 "What business experience did George W. Bush have? He failed at every enterprise in life until he became President. ...and he was a failure at that too."
I looked up Jimmy Carter's famous "Misery Index" on Wikipedia, which is the combined total of the Unemployment + Inflation Rates. It appears that Bush II had the best record in the last 40 years - even better than Clinton. Also, he kept interest rates about 1.5% lower than Clinton.
Keep in mind that Congress controls all government spending, and it was controlled by Democrats for years leading up to the financial crisis, and Chris Dodd and Barney Frank were the chairmen of the Senate and House Banking Committees that were responsible for overseeing the banks and Wall Street.
When Inflation gets added to Obama's high Unemployment figures in a few years, I suspect that his "Misery Index" will rival that of Jimmy Carter, where the combined Inflation and Unemployment Rates got as high as 21.98%.
"It was the fifth major foreign address of Obama's 10-month presidency, continuing the sharp break with the unilateral approach that marked international relations under the Bush administration.">>>>>>>And all administrations in the past. Now Obama is single-handedly tossing our soverignity to the wind and handing the keys to our country to all the Muslims and Asians he can pander to. We will reap the disaster he is sowing.
Keep in mind that Congress controls all government spending, and it was controlled by Democrats for years leading up to the financial crisis, and Chris Dodd and Barney Frank were the chairmen of the Senate and House Banking Committees that were responsible for overseeing the banks and Wall Street.
Roy - Say what?!
I'm keeping in mind that the Republicans took control of both houses of congress in 1994 and maintained that control until the 2006 off-year elections, so it is unclear to me what years you are referencing.
Barney Frank is the Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, which is perhaps the "House Banking Committee" to which you refer.
Chris Dodd is the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.
Both of these individuals assumed their posts in January 2007, when the housing and financial bubbles were well developed. They were preceded by Michael Oxley and Richard Shelby respectively, both Republicans.
As to the "misery index", make of it what you want. While I do not blame George W. Bush exclusively for the economic and financial hole this country has fallen into, I will note that when he assumed office we had a balanced budget and the economy was still in an up cycle. In eight years, he transformed all of this, presiding over two recessions, one of which is ongoing, and turning budget surpluses into then record deficits.
Thanks for another facts-optional posting from the right wing.
NAFTA is the worst thing that ever happened to our Economy and Odumbo thinks we should have another trade pact? There won't be ANY jobs left at all in this country if a Pacific Rim Trade Pact is signed!!!
Free trade, New world Order, International banking cartels; It does not matter who you elect, the big boys control the situation; We need new free trade like the Titanic needed more water, we are sinking and no one we elect gives a damn.
Being divided along partylines has gotten us into this Economic mess! If the taxpayers of this country would throw away the idea that they belong to one party and the other is always wrong, we would not have the mess we have now because we would have made sure that it was the taxpayers reaping the benefits instead of a bunch of crooks in DC passing bills that benefit no one but themselves and are throwing us into poverty. If you really think they represent anyone but themselves then you need to sit back and take a real look at some of the bills they have passed and the long range effects they have on your paycheck.
f you want to "stimulate" the economy, how about getting out of my pocket and putting in plae a massive tax cut. That would be the best way. Gov't stimulus has never worked and never will.
Under Obama and the dems, we will see out national debt, not the deficit, double in the next ten years. It took us 200 years to get here and it took the dems only 10 years to double that. I hope all you who voted for the dems and bama are proud of yourselves.
"Americans have to get beyond this idea that free trade with Asia destroys their jobs. Both sides can benefit,"
Bill Clinton had his North American Free Trade Agteement (NAFTA), which is credited with transfering jobs to Mexico and Canada. Now Obama will have HIS trade agreement to transfer what's left to Asian countries.
I wonder when he starts "creating or saving" jobs for Americans?
Of course, I suspect it's just another case of nice sounding rhetoric, with no action behind it. Did anybody tell him it's time to stop campaigning and start governing?
"News that the U.S. would participate in the Trans-Pacific Partnership — joining Chile, New Zealand, Singapore and Brunei — was announced in Tokyo and Singapore, drawing applause at the annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum."
More countries to add to America's Social Change redistribution of wealth.
Next, Secretaries of State and Treasury's visits to these countries to "iron out" the details.
Clinton balanced a budget? Can you state which year he was president that our National DEBT didn't go up?
Michael, good question. I can't. Even in the best years of the 90s, the national debt continue to rise, increasing by 100 to 200 billion dollars per year. The years since, make these numbers appear better than they were.
"Americans have to get beyond this idea that free trade with Asia destroys their jobs. Both sides can benefit," he said.
Not only does free trade with Asia destroy American jobs, it destroys the environment, and is the main reason for high fuel prices.  As the economy begins its recovery, my prediction is $7 per gallon for gasoline in the U.S by next summer.
"Obama's move reinforced calls for expanding free trade rather than resorting to protectionist measures to cope with the recession. He pushed for progress on talks to liberalize world trade."
What a fantastic ****-up. History will look back on this on analysis as to why America fell from superpowerdom.
wow, thats all the republicans did is sign free trade agreements( china, nafta, central america, columbia, blah, blah blah and now you are all over obama.    pick your battles are you just look like fools.
Didn't you mean PIMPIN' THIEF? Or is it PIMPIN' CHIEF? Or maybe PIMP 'N CHIEF?
His program of Hope and Change is now Rope and Chains.
As for him being the "America's first Pacific President" he simply refuses to accept any fact of being an America without some additional "qualifiers" such as africa, pacific, minority, etc. Here he is trying to "fit in" with the rest of the kids on the playground. Trying to fit in is an outward admission of inferiority - not quite up to the caliber of your fellow palymates.
Speaking of jobs, wheres those 3 to 4 million jobs Oblahblah?
They're in India, China, assorted Third World countries all across the globe. He never said he's save American jobs.
What I don't get is how, with NAFTA sending so many American jobs to Canada or Mexico, how anyone can believe that a similar deal with Asia will boost America's economy.
It will again send American jobs overseas, forcing Americans out of work and onto unemployment or welfare, and they'll be unable to buy these wonderfully cheap products (and by cheap I mean inexpensive and shoddily made.) Every house made with Chinese drywall! Every child supplied with chemical-laced toys! Brilliant idea.
While goods made in the US may be more expensive than those made anywhere else (thanks to unions, corporate greed, and all around mismanagement) we at least have the reassurance that our products are made to rigid safety standards and that we produce less in emissions than China or India or even Japan. Producing things here is safer and cleaner, admit it or not. Outsourcing manufacturing to Asian countries will further destabilize our economy, put more of us out of work, and contribute millions of tons of pollutants to our environment.
But Obama says it's a good idea, so the Kool-Aid stand is open again and fools just drink it up.
The tables have turned, and that makes you sooooo angry huh? Before the election, these posts were all about Obama, he could have eaten a baby on TV and still gotten elected. I don't know how many of my posts at that time were collapsed or deleted because I didn't agree. Now people have finally woken up to the fact that in their hypocritical liberal minds, Obama's inexperience wasn't an issue though you made SUCH a big deal of it with Palin. Sorry but Palin ran a state that is bigger than Texas and California combined and did a pretty darn good job. She's not a Harvard educated lawyer, but that obviously that doesn't make you a leader. It's only because Obama can talk like a tent revival minister to hynotize you sheep that he got elected. Oh yeah, and all the union money and empty promises.
No kidding, I was dating a perfectly good woman until recently...she was way to the left and had this delusion that he (Obummer) was doing a good job, no way that was going to last. You're blaming a liberal because you couldn't get laid? Now that's a Republican excuse if I ever heard one!
As if your value system doesn't stoop low enough to not give a damn for a few hours...
To Roy Wilson, I know he is a lawyer, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I am sure he has a speech-writing team. Many of his speeches lately have been pretty much a waste of air. They just don't say anything useful or do anything to help America.
dman wrote: People are bashing Obama for trying to work with the Chinese. But he has no choice. China is rapidly emerging as an economic superpower; it didn't happen overnight. He does have choice, he is not using it.
We enabled China to become an economic power thru the inequitable (to America) trade deals that were created before Obama became President. Unfortunately, Obama has NO business experience and anyone who can show him the reality of what impact these trade deals have done to business in the United States. He just continues to think that we can make up for the loss in Product-producing jobs with service industry jobs. It just will not work. We need product-producing jobs to support the service industry. Oh and the trade deals started with Clinton. And every since then, we have watched job after job leave the US for China/Asia, and there was no way we could compete. Creating a trade situation where there is NO POSSIBILITY of competition is wrong! The bottom line is America lost the jobs and cannot get them back while we continue to receive more and more products that are substandard or actually dangerous to the consumer and we can't do anything about it except throw them away since it costs more than the product is worth to return it to Asia. I could go on, but since this thread it already collapsed, most will not benefit from the information.
Clinton balanced a budget? Can you state which year he was president that our National DEBT didn't go up?
His whole second term.
Not true, Stand-up. I looked up the year-by-year figures for the national debt and it continued to go up throughout the Clinton presidency. I still thing the government back then, meaning Congress and the President did a much better job at showing fiscal restraint and responsibility. But obiously some dollar items were excluded from the "balanced budgets"of the Clinton era.
You know what they say about "opinions", right Debbie?
Hmmm I think you need to rephrase this to - "You know what they say about "opinions" that differ from mine, right Debbie?. She has every right to her opinion unless we have lost that right too in America... Seems like most who read this agree with Debbie and not you...but you have the right to your opinion too...I'm just stating the obvious here.
Sean, Newt, Sarah, Rush and Glenn have cancelled their spoon feedings until after President Obama's Asia trip. They did admit that these cancellations could result in millions of Americans wandering the streets aimlessly but stated "We are concerned. We will return to our flock soon". They also acknowledged that political discussion groups would suffer a decrease in comments usually provided by the flock.
Glenn was asked why the feedings were halted without prior notice and why the flock wasn't provided with advance feedings to tide them over. He stated "At some point in time they will have to learn to think for themselves. Rush, Sarah, Sean, Newt and I won't live forever.
Citing Palin and Limbaugh, amongst others some seem to feel represent Conservatives, is simply ignorance. Also, arguing party lines when BOTH have continually sold us, our economy, out for decades now.... this is also ignorant.
Keep it up. Argue party politics, not what's really in the best interest of Americans, the economy. This two party system is the best we can get. Give up the idea of true representation, of sound regulations. Certainly, one party is better than the other... let's just give it another 50 years and see.
"I will not risk your lives unless it is necessary to America's vital interests," Obama told the troops.
"And if it is necessary," he said, "the United States of America will have your back. We'll give you the strategy and the clear mission you deserve. We'll give you the equipment and support you need to get the job done. And that includes public support back home."
Hearing these words spoken by the President makes me so emotional. I know conservatives want to sweep Bush under the rug and pretend he wasn't President for 8 years (I don't blame them.)
But to hear the President put such value on the lives of our American soldiers, and be very careful before causing needless deaths and pain, is so refreshing. It's been 8 long years, and finally we're going to have an end-game, an exit strategy.
Not to mention, watch Obama's numbers soar when we leave Afghanistan and Iraq in 2010 (not to mention health care reform.) Sorry to get political, but it will be nice for Americans to feel like a country again, instead of split into two factions.
Debbie is right, you're the one who is brain washed "asknrecieve" and it will probably take the complete destuction of this country and our way of life to make you realize it.
Obama is the freakin Pied Pipper and you all are the rats following the music blindly...I pitty you
Clotho, by Obalhblah not doing anything at all, is NOT helping our Soldiers, His rigged, and totally written out teleprompter speech's, are getting old, if his lips moves, he is lying! He needs to listen to real soldiers, that actually have Combat experience, as he has absolutely 0, nada, zip, nothing, not happening, etc, etc, etc! Yeah, he is wise, NOT! Besides it is hard to make any real decision, when your never around, get off the campaign trail, and get back to the job you should have never been elected too! No more selling our money, no more borrowing, how about lets fix America, get the hell out of Afghanistan, as you are not willing to win the war, and close our borders, and put our troops on then border! Hell, I'll stand a post!
Semper Fi
YES WE CAN = Mantra for the brain dead!!!!
Hope and Change....I Hope there will be some Change left, when Oblahblah leaves office!
Clotho "Watch Obama's numbers soar when we leave Afghanistan and Iraq in 2010 (not to mention health care)". You forgot to add "Then watch them tank after the Democrats take a beating from the mid-terms and fall off the map when al-Queda nukes us in 2011" (if we bail in Afghanistan next year)!!! Of course if they hit DC it won't be so bad. In case the American voters fail to clean out the House and Senate they'll have done it for us.
Very nice words, but words they are. ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS.
So why hasn't the President, excuse me, Commander-in-Chief, made a decision on more troops to Afghanistan? Probably because of his no military experience and his "civilian advisers" are OVER THEIR HEADS.

That made me laugh so hard.
You do know that obama wants to cut our military in half, he also wanted to stop giving our troops body armor and armor for there vehicles. He has already canceled alot of military projects that could help protect our troops.
Obama hasn't done a single thing to support our troops.
I guess you wouldn't know that, seeing how your both blind and deaf.
Overthrowing America for the Muslims isn't an opinion, it's a ridiculous paranoid fantasy. There's nothing Muslim about Obama apart from his name, get over it.
And agreed, the fact that the Right is complaining about this is entirely hypocritical - deregulation is exactly what you've been asking for. If you're complaining about this move from Obama, I'd better damn well sure see you arguing for more bank and local trade regulations, or else you're completely uncredible.
Will someone please tell Obama he is NOT god, he cant approve trade agreements without the senate's approval. He's not Hitler, he cant do anything he thinks he wants to. This man is like a clown with a circus, they go all over the world with their little show.
"President Barack Obama is off on his first major presidential trip to Asia...."
Don't you mean his first free vacation to China?
This President and his family, cohorts and aides really enjoy flying all over the world while the taxpayers fork over the money for the vacations.
Something else I wonder about: Every once in a while I come across a post all scrunched up and see:
"Comment collapsed by the community"
Um, what community? Why wasn't I asked? Am I not a community member? If I'm not, how do I become one? Where do I find the boxes to vote on whether a comment should be collapsed? Have YOU ever been asked to vote on a comment being collapsed? What's with this?
We had NAFTA and shipped American jobs to other countries. Now we have the Pres agreeing to ship more jobs out of the country to more nations. A clear move he doesn't give a cra-p about you unemployed - (it's clearly big business driven).
So the irony is thick Mr./Mrs./Ms. Union member - looks like you've now served your purpose (votes) and are the next ones being thrown under the bus. Just like all the rest when this Administration is through with you....
(what odds is Vegas giving on the United States hitting 15% unemployment?)
Free trade equates to capialism like 2+2=5. There hasn't been free trade for several decades. Also, many use the term "neocon" wrongly. It's this A or B type of thinking that is keeping the two party system alive, and keeping us from getting any true representation in government. Clotho is fairly consistent with this as well.
But, those that respond aren't any less divisive most of the time, and further fuels dissention. Stop the Blue and Red lines of thinking, stop dropping names of who did what, when and where.... most will find that BOTH have done essentially the same thing: a really good job of destroying the Middle Class and the American Economy to the end of their own investments and profits.
Even union abuse has become a mosquito bite compared to the damage done by our "supposed representatives". Using common sense and logic, sound reasoning... come up with one good reason we should lower American standards to compete with the substandard, third world living conditions and wages that are profitted from by exploiting the "IC" in BRIC. Other than profits gained by those invested, how does this do DIDDLY for the American Economy and joblessness?
Actually, considering he was visiting China in an attempt to make headway on trade agreements, it's more of a business trip than a vacation. It's actually quite common for members of government who attempt to affect foreign relations to communicate with and visit those with whom we do business. So yea, you're trying to be snide, and you seem to point to a lack of knowledge on the subject.
Bush/Cheney sold the Chinese a Trillion dollars a year in Treasury Certificates to fund their war on terrorism. Now the Chinese control our economy by controlling our debt and Osama Bin Laden is still making videos. Thanks, GOP (Greed Over Patriotism). I hope President Obama can delay us having to send our children to China to build their railroads.
Obama has presided over the largest amount of national debt in the history of this nation. He has added more debt than all of past administrations combined.
The Treasury Department just announced that the Budget for October was over by 1.74 billion for jsut the month of October. Anoterh record set by this administration.
I understand the whole concept of Semper Fi but give it a rest. Time to accept the fact that answer to all our problems are not found in writing checks.
Every President for at least thirty years has sold us out to the Chinese. As soon as Nixon renewed relations with them the cheap $H*T was on it's way. When I was a child cheap $h*T said "Made in Hong Kong" or "Made in Japan" ,then the Japanese figured they didn't want to be known for making cheap $h*t and started making really good $h*t, Hong Kong pretty much quit making stuff as they got closer to Chinese rule. Of course now cheap $H*t that says "Made In China" could be made in China or Hong Kong. I'm hoping my next new car doesn't have a China label on the window sticker but at this point nothing would surprise me.
Yep! I enjoy watching everybody blame Bush, goes to show how ignorant most posters are! Bush was only one part of the problem, Billy Bob Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, the list goes on, and on! As I said, it is a 2 party problem, and neither one has fixed sh!t in over 200 years, its about time to put some others in the House, Senate, and Congress!
Fred you are spot on, it's been a culmination of many administrations. Perhaps for Christmas we can start buying American. Here is the link to products still made in the USA. http://www.americansworking.com/.
clotho: her comments, should not have been collapsed; everyone should read that comment; it sent shivers up my spine, there are people out their who still have not caught on, we are heading into a collapse.
No, this trip is to try to "reassure" Asia that the US won't turn into a third-world economic basket case.
Problem is, we already are. Our debt is out of control (thanks to Obama running it through the roof in only 8 months in office!) and our spending is about to make a major turn upwards with this Health Care Ponzi scheme being passed in Congress.
Look at the signs -
India just purchase $6.7 billion dollars worth of gold
China has been bashing the dollar as an unreliable currency and floating alternative reserve ideas
Gold and other commodity prices are soaring and the dollar is plunging
The fiscal year 2009 budget deficit, triple that of 2008, was 10 percent of GDP. Lawrence Lindsey, former Fed Governor, says current and future policies will produce deficits of 7 percent of GDP for a decade. Ronald Reagan's worst deficit was 6 percent of GDP, and for only one year.
Washington is out of control and well on its way to crashing the US currency...we'll be a IMF-bailout country in no time!
Problem is we fund the IMF...when are we gonna stop the hand outs both internal and external, in order to stop the bleeding and repair our foundation...but no, our leader has Zero clue on accountability. He spins everything to form his legacy. History will paint an interesting legacy for him and it will be framed as the acceleration of the downfall...My honest hope is the economy will really hit the fan and 2012 will be another American Revolution - all our leaders have lost their way as to the purpose and ethics of their job. Instead they are chasing personal wealth and false power...
God help the true American ideal, not the ideals in power in Washington...in either party...
It scares me to death, for my kids, but I think you're right. It's going to take hitting rock bottom to start back up. If we can... This ain't a case of alcoholism, or drug addiction and we can't seem to pull together for much of anything.
My best guest is that Mr Obama is traveling to China in order to (a) pay tribute to the Chinese Communist Party (b) make sure they will continue financing our irresponsible and unsustainable high debt (c) find a new place for Michelle and he to go on date night. As far as asking the Chinese strong men to restrain their puppet in North Korea from incinerating our allies in Asia with nukes, Mr Obama will leave that for his underlings, if at all.
Why you stupidos blame Obama for your misery???? George No Brainer Bush and Dick Devil Cheny has raped America for the past 8 years. Where were you the past 8 years. Bush and cheny waged war against the whole world and the world is now ignoring America. Look Chinas and African relationship now how fast it is growing. China is Super Power now. Obama is trying to earn American respect back and that is how you start relationship.
If you are a Idi0t and though of your neigborhood and the neigborhood is tierd of your stupidity the best tacktic is to ignor you. Thats what exactly happened.
Tanx Mr Obama for your effort to resume relationship with the world and As African I wish you a goodluck and Im sure you will earn back the respect of this country.
Afro my man. If your boy was doing so great you libs wouldn't have to keep saying "Bush did, Bush did." You'd just quote facts and stats to show what a great job he's doing.
Colonel, you are exactly correct. If obama was so good, the libs would be here talking about all his wonderful accomplishments. Yet they are here trying to defend their messiah who has shown himself to be incompetent.
You are the prime example of the Obama supporters who thought Sarah Palin was his running mate last year. You have no basis for your opinion other than some catch phrases you learned down at Pic-Pac Liquor sipping Olde English with your homies.
afroboy- after trying to understand your letter, i assume your from africa which might explain your ineptness with the english spelling and sentence construction. since these concepts might overwhelm you, i'll talk about your blasting pres. bush. he has delivered more financial aid to africa to combat aids...FACT! if your a citizen of the u.s. i fear for our countries future. you are a poster child for birth control.
If you are a Idi0t and though of your neigborhood and the neigborhood is tierd of your stupidity the best tacktic is to ignor you. Thats what exactly happened.
Thanks, Afro, for starting my day with a good laugh...
roscoe: Would you like to come down here to Texas where I live and talk to some of these "real smart rednecks"? You might change your mind about who is uneducated and who are the blind followers.
Well Verno old fella, how do you know I'm not in Texas? And if you are refering to the "dumb white trash", there are just as many of those as there are of what you think I was refering to.

My god your an idiot. China is not a super power, you don't have a clue what it takes to become a super power. Now go to bed little kid.
Actually I once posted a comment on one of China's English Studying forums before G W Bush was relected, in that comment I said I wish G W Bush could be reelceted forever. Because his policy(actually I don't think G W Bush was to be blamed much, my own judgement is that Chenny should be held responsible) would surely drag USA down to hell. But I have to tell you that even at that time, i didn't see USA can get down from the top so quickly, it really frightens me.
Yeah, the only thing Bush had accomplished by this time in office was getting 3000+ Americans killed on our own soil. See, it can go both ways. All presidents have leftovers from the previous administrations to deal with. Anyone expecting big change in 10 months is an idiot. Things take time.
Obama is doing exactly what the majority of American's want (and don't qoute rasmussen polls, try a reputable non-partisan poll).
It just goes to show that this is nothing more than a show. They knew the economy would get worse but spend money like crazy anyway with paybacks and pork. now he wants to provide lip service because the *&^% is hitting the fan.
don't be fooled. this man is a fool and could care less. This was the plan, make people so dependant on the gov't, they will have no choice but to vote for the party who gives them the freebie's. but keep raising taxes, keep talking about cap and trade... yah that'll work... and make sure you don't miss your sight seeing tour to china.... while we suffer here at home..... what a joke.

Happy B Day Marine (Marine Corps B Day)! Semper FI!
Remember that one--Always Faithful! Bush borrowed to Protect the US Citizens from Terrorist attacks on US Soil. And there has not been any since 2001! Pretty Faithful for our nations Executive to do this!
Now our President is borrowing more money in 6 months then Bush did in 8 years from the Chinese. This is a fact that the Democratic COntrolled COngress (Since 2006) is telling us.
As far as delaying us building their railroads, I believe that is his Negotiating spin on continuing Chinese investment in our country!
Well it seems there is enough blame to go around to both parties. You have to remember that GW was president for 8 mo. when 9-11 happened. It seems that he was treated like a hero and heros don't let that crap happen. If you go back we have all been sold out by both parties over the last 20 yrs. Remember the last election when they all said the economy was OK? All but one echoed that sentiment. "Say what they want to hear and we can get elected" was the mantra of all but Ron Paul, you know the kook!!! Then what happens? The economy proves him right!! It's time to bring our troops home and protect our borders. Illegal immigration has cost us enough. That was where your inflationary raises went. To the Wall Street bankers and the Insurance Ind. Come on we are better than that!!! Time to realize just cause someone talks pretty doesn't mean they will do what they say. And if the don't talk pretty and stumble on their own words then that makes them more like us. I'm a republican and didn't vote for Bush. He was to dumb. Sam goes with McCain. Obama talked pretty but lacked the track record to evaluate. He needed to stay in the Senate longer so we knew more about him. I first noticed Ron Paul when I got out of the service in the late 70's and he made a statement that caught my ear. Some times common sense is not so common. Look for a common sense approach and we can fix what they have messed up.
Berlin: Common sense has not flourished in DC for 60 years, self-serving greed has killed it off. But I'm not saying anything that we all, well...most of us, don't already know
Nightshift - unfortunately, we would still be where we are. I think Perot would have been the biggest lame duck president in history. Perot was one smart cookie; but he didn't suffer fools lightly - and lets face it - Washington is populated by fools. I think Perot would have pissed everyone off in very short order and without the backing of a major party he would have been unable to get anything accomplished. After all, it is still the Congress that actually makes the changes.
But Perot was spot-on when he said that America was "daydreaming of our past while the rest of the world was building its future."
Afrolove have another sip of Kool Aid. Obama has spent more in 8 months than all of the presidents in the past combined. He still wants to keep spending with no way to pay. Simple logic is that if you can't pay for your bills the last thing you do is keep spending!
Mark - I agree that it makes no sense to keep spending when you have no way to pay; but does it really make any more sense to cut your income in an effort to make more money (decreasing taxes)? Most peple want the gov. to tighten it's belt - stop spending (and don't provide bailouts) - naturally. But that is the exact same thing that we Republicans tried in the "Great Depression." For 4 years we tried those things and the economy continued to sink. It didn't work then - there is no reason to honestly believe that it would work any better this time. Hoover instituted tax cuts for the higher tax brackets (from 73% to about 23%) - guess what - it didn't work. Doing the same things that the ultra-conservatives are wanting to do caused the unemployment rate to continue to rise to 25%. What is the saying about doing things the same way but expecting a different outcome? It is only after Roosevelt's massive spending projects that the economy started to turn around, and it wasn't until the astronomical expenditures made by the gov. during WWII that we actually recovered from the depression. The national debt by the end of the Roosevelt era was about the same as now (in the value of the amount not the actual number); but in 1946 the % of debt to the GNP was between 125-130% (we are now about 75%). So - in actuality - the debt at the end of the Depression was about 70% greater than it is today - and it was that spending that pulled us out of the Depression (and the debt to GNP ratio dropped around 40% in only about 18 months after the depression ended).
When this downturn began we didn't know how to prevent it; but we did know what not to do - we knew not to do what the ultra-conservatives were proposing (the same things that were done by the conservatives during the depression). After all, if your hours are cut back and you are barely able to live - how do you ensure that your family has food to eat - by cutting your hours even more or buying the food with a credit card?
So - yes - just as it is possible for the country to make more money by cutting it's income, it can benefit from spending money that it doesn't have - if it is done at the right time and in the right way. The key to both ideas is smart application of spending and tax cuts (we don't have a good history with that)That certainly doesn't mean that we have to like it.
I do agree with the theory, Rick. The difference is how we spend the money. Historically, fighting wars and fighting recessions were the accepted reasons for adding to the National Debt.
A quote from the WSJ, in an article about American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, sums it up well:
"...Democrats and Republicans alike never said no to any significant interest group. Despite a genuine economic emergency, the stimulus bill is more about dispensing goodies to Democratic interest groups than stimulating the economy."
The same article makes another quote that gives credence to the argument that we are out of control and these guys need to be reigned in ...
"It has been widely noted that 2009 will have the first "trillion-dollar deficit" in American history. Actually it's the second. In fiscal 2008, the national debt increased from $9 trillion to slightly over $10 trillion. Yet the budget deficit in the last fiscal year was officially reported as being $455 billion. How could the national debt have increased by considerably more than twice the "deficit"? Simple. Just call the money borrowed from the Social Security trust fund an "intragovernmental transfer" and exclude it from the calculation of the deficit.
Corporate managers have gone to jail for less book cooking than that."
Nightshift - LOL - I agree with you totally! As I said - the answer lies in how the money is spent. We don't have a recent history of good governmental spending - there is to much "rewarding your supporters;" but that is hardly a new phenomenon. Each administration gets away with more which emboldens the next admin to waste even more money. But, as long as people vote based on sound bites, propaganda, and what other people say then we are doomed to continue this disturbing trend. I'm sure even Roosevelt greased the palms of his supporters to some extant (though I doubt it was to the degree we now see). The fact is that any spending will make it's way back into the economy - somehow; it is just that the speed of recovery and the efficacy of the stimulus is determined by how the stimulus is applied. This admin has applied the stimulus in some ways that are good and many ways that are not as effective. I think that the major problem with the stimulus is actually how slow it is being distributed; but then if too much is applied it could lead to rapid inflation. It is a very complicated balancing act made more problematic by the fact that the rock bottom interest rates and relatively low tax rates that already existed before the economy went in to free-fall dis-allows their further manipulation to help the situation. I'm just glad that I'm not the one who has the headache of figuring all of this out.
As for the selective reporting of numbers and misrepresentation of facts - again - that is hardly new to this administration. Nor is it even limited to the liberals. Any use of "predictions" - by either side - that goes beyond their own term is a fabrication. The next admin. is highly unlikely to continue the current admin's policies - regardless of how effective they are or which party takes office. Reporting how bad of a shape we will be in with spending at it's current rate is also a misrepresentation if it incorporates the money that has been appropriated and not yet spent.
Think of this: the Republicans made the same complaints about Roosevelt (who had made the same complaints about Hoover); but when the economy started improving under Roosevelt, the strategy backfired for the Republicans and it resulted in Roosevelt being elected for 4 presidential terms. The hardest part about providing stimulus is getting the actual money - with that out of the way, the money can be spent as needed. If the economy starts to turn around without spending all of the money, then the defecit doesn't get nearly as bad as the conservatives trumpeted (it may even look acceptable in comparison). The liberals can claim the glory for improving the economy and the conservatives get accused of exaggerating the negative outcome and working against the recovery. The more the conservatives openly fought the "progress" the worse it will look for them. It sounds like a perfect ploy for re-election. The worse things are made to sound in the beginning - the better any recovery will seem. So, one could think of it as conservatives actually helping the liberals re-election campaign. We would all be better off if the ultra-conservatives openly worked to ensure that money is being spent in an effective way instead of flat out opposing it (which is obviously ineffectual). If the conservatives worked to ensure that money was spent effectively, they could have a claim in any recovery (claiming that it is due to their making sure that the liberals spent the money wisely instead of wasting it as is their wont); and if the economy did not turn around the conservatives could claim that things didn't get as bad as they would have had they (conservatives) not put the brakes on wasteful spending. Conservatives could position themselves to look good in either outcome; but have instead chose an "all or nothing" approach that I can only forsee as helping the liberals to retain power and continue their policies.
How does a narcisisst behave with his hat in his hand? He spends 14 hours (or whatever the travel time is to Japan from Andrews) brushing up on this economy thing so many speak of.

Well, the current administration is so much worse it is now catastrophic in its damage. You slam Bush for this (and rightly so) but don't dismiss or diminish what is currently happening-that is too dangerous in its negligence. obama is insuring our children's virtual slavery to our debtors and over what?? A failed "stimulous", bailouts, union payoffs, and INCREASED spending by this congress.
It would be interesting to see what Obama does the next time Osama (damn, that sounds the same) decides to hit us in a big way (heaven forbid) whats he gonna do, say, "lets not jump to conclusions, it was probably just an airline pilot who flipped out, thats all...relax" "middle eastern? emails to radical muslim organizations you say? one was a guy I went to college with?...nah"

Can't come up with anything intelligent to say so you keep posting that over and over.
I seriously doubt your a vet, because your an idiot.
The economy, The Chief could care less, every thing he's done has hurt the economy. A little funny, Christmas is now the holidays, Gound hog day is the monte day, but monte said I can not come out of this well mr. hussein until you distroy Israel and the United States. Is this right or wrong? I Hope Not for all of us. Merry Christmas Everyone and a happy new year.
i'm hoping a strategy has been devised where the opposition has been waiting for the president and his administration to commit treason against our constitution and remove him and his crowd. not a lawyer, but i think there is several items that might qualify looking into; troop levels requested by his generals, if health care passes requiring everybody to purchase plans. i see nothing in the constitution that says we must comply. possible fines and jail for not complying. is our leadership so out of touch with the people they serve. we are barely making it to put a roof over our heads, food on the table, gas in our car. somedays, i hope when it's time to cash in my chips i leave it or hide it so the gov't can't find it. next best chance to neuter the dangerous power of spend, spend, spend is 2010... and repubs you better put your name on a new contract with america, that's the only way i cast a vote your way. your first bill will be to pass legislation for term limits. that ought to start shaking things up. and when your done with congress you don't get to keep lifetime health benefits. your back in the boat, just like the rest of us.
We might add something I got in an email last night, "congress will not pass laws that apply to the people and not themselves, and not anything for themselve thats not for the people"
That ought to bring them back to earth where they belong, working for US, not themselves
Here's an economic strategy to try! Spend our money like you would spend yours. Then Michelle would be going to McDonalds instead of Manhattan.
Job Strategy. Since you have never really had one I doubt you know how to create them but stop preventing their creation with all of your new taxes, fines, mandatory enrollments.
That would be because the Chinese Government does not hate small Chinese business.
Seems like a pro business government helps Chinese business flourish.
Chinese Government not micromanaging everything lets Chinese business come up with their own solutions.
They sink or swim on their own.
Hand outs don't work.
Maybe the ultra left wing big spending anti-small business dems should try imitating the Chinese.
Why do the criminals in Washington instead waste their time going against the wishes of the Country pursuing their Marxist dreams with business small business busting legislation like Obamacare and Cap and Tax?
Because "STIMULUS" was such a success keeping unemployment below 8%?
Weird that a communist, socialist government gets out of the way of business and allows it the FREEDOM to grow! I have a business that is being ruined by government taxes and meddling.
Madison - what universe do you live in? The Chinese govt. not micro-managing!?! It's a communist country - they micro-manage everything - DUH !!! A comment such as that is so out-of-touch with the reality of the situation that it would be funny if someone didn't actually believe it. Either you really have no concept of the situation in China or you are just providing a ridiculus amount of spin to try and justify what would otherwise be a valid point.
Obama needs to go to China and explain his and congress' irresponsible spending of Chinese loans for "stimulous" spending, bailouts and payoffs for unions. Obama needs to prove that we can pay back this stupidity with its terrible acruiing interest before the Chinese exercise their international rights to collect on the loans and carve us up. We have a "leader' who is an academic elitist thoroughly entrenched in a failed world view who is being forced out of his bubble world and it is to our peril.
"One of my most important tasks is to continue to strengthen the relationship between the United States and Asia," Obama said in a pre-trip interview.
What ever happened to "our" or "we"? With this guy ... it is all about him. I am also tired of hearing him remind us that "as President of the United States" ... or "as Commander in Chief" .... November 2010 and November 2012 can't arrive soon enough!
He really is a narcissist to the nth degree. I thought Clinton was bad, but this guy doesn't have a clue as to how real people are actually beginning to see him.
C'mon Borat. You can do. Talk your best talk, talk fast and kiss up a lot. Criticize America. That'll do it. After 27 years in Asia, I know from experience that'll earn you the same contempt from Asian leaders that the American voter has learned to place in you (though to your face, they'll smile, bow, and tell you how much they love you!
Geeze, read Pravda. they(russian commentators and politicos in their media) think this president and this congress are the biggest idiots since the despised Carter. They cannot believe the willfull take over of a state run economy and a state run anything for that matter. Putin and Medvedyev can spin him anyway they want and he'll fall for their manipulations. His Chicago street smarts are ghetto compared to the Russian mind. Strength and cunning combined with integrity of belief is the only thing Russia respects from us and Obama has none of those attributes.
Pravda is no longer the Russian newspaper. Pravda is now the equivalent to the Enquirer. That is a fact, it is no longer the official Russian newspaper. So if you like what you read in it, then you would also like the National Enquirer.
"Awaiting Obama in Japan was a new prime minister, Yukio Hatoyama, who swept to power vowing a more equal partnership with Washington. He also has promised to halt Japan's refueling of U.S.-led ships carrying materiel for forces in Afghanistan, review Japan's basing agreement for 47,000 U.S. troops and explore the possibility of a new Asian trading block that would exclude the United States."
What else is this @!$%# of a President going to give away OR lessen the security of THIS NATION, THE USA. Time to string him up for TREASON!
Every time North Korea does a stupid missile exercise, japan backs off. They need us to be able to be consistent in our focus on real security for the region. Obama doesn't realize that a free Republic of free thinkers are the grown-ups of the world. Socialism creates a stupid and short-sighted dullness that makes it's adherents gangsta cheats who either bully or spend their way out of tight situations.
There are plendy of problems right here in the United States you need to be working on - Obama! You need to keep yourself right here and quit wasting out tax dollars riding all over the world acting as if you know how to fix them. If and when you show you can make a decision or much less solve a problem then I might reconsider. Just the picture of your sorry a$$ getting on Air Force One makes me sick to the stomach!
President Obama should have a problem with Indonesia, they are Muslims! He probably won't lie to them like he does to the American People! Still hasn't come forward with a plan for Troop levels! Probably has to ask his IMAM!
His main mission of visiting Asia is dealing with daunting economic problem surging in America. I think there is no problem about Muslim issue in Indonesia.
Indonesian Muslims are normally moderate. If there is attack like bombing, it was done by extreme element, we call it terrorism.
So far, there are many American companies invested in Indonesia such as Exxon, Freeport Indonesia and many more.
In addition, according to Muslim lesson,Muslim is not allowed to attack non-Muslim unless they are attacked by non-Muslim. In this case, it is just for defending.
Nowadays, Indonesia become number three of economic growing in Asia after China and India. It should be considerable.
You conservatives should quit picking on Barak. He deserves to go to camp just as much as anybody else. And besides, he hasn't finished apologizing to everyone yet; teere are at least another 150 third world countries he needs to visit. Give him some time. When he's done there, he'll surely come up with a wonderful new economic stimulus plan -- I can just see a"cash for junkies" program that we can all be proud of.
BO ( that's for bad odor). The CIC. I always thought that Washington DC smelled bad. That's why I don't live there anymore. Now the BO, wants to get the recipe for my poo- smel- bad covered with chicken livers. BO has flown more in AF ONE in the first 10 months in office than any other president did in four years. He as polluted the skies with jet fuel, the world with his wordy mouth full of apologies for America being great. Well, thanks to BO, we are no longer great. The world leaders who are smarter than BO (that doesn't take much, my pencil is smarter than BO), are taking us to the cleaners by getting him to agree to pacts/treaties that benefit them and put us at a loss! Now with Asia getting in on it, we are now surrounded by a world that wants to grind us further into the ground and thanks to BO and the dumbocrats and their socialist spending, they will get their way. Why should we distribute our wealth to third word countries? They aren't going to use it for development and the betterment of their people. They are going to buy weapons to use on us. The distribution of wealth from our country to theirs is like doing it here to take from the rich to give to the non working poor. Robin Hood did that but, the poor he gave the money to were grateful and they worked hard just to make a living. We are going to give to the poor who don't want to work. If we are crazy enough to give money to them without them working for it ( see illegal immigrants in the USA), the only thing they'll want is more of the same and we are to thank them before they shoot us. So, I think I'll buy a gun to protect my family from the the poor who think the wealthy owe them!
Failing to mention President Bush and prior administrations relative to their contributions to our failing economy is absolutely juvenile.
Bush is gone weed whacking, so I shan't talk about him or his administration as it relates to Obama's trip to Asia.
Likely, President Obama will try to negotiate ways to balance what is an out of balance trading partnership. Maybe he could try to buy back some of the exceptionally valuable REAL ESTATE sold off by the prior administration to boot! You don't have to thank President Obama for our failing economy, you can thank his predecessors and their predecessors and a WHOLE lot more where they came from!
With all President Obama has on his plate, I am amazed at his energy. He is an eternal optimist, which is good. Times are bad, but they have BEEN bad for a long time now. You can call him what you want, and you can throw in all the racists innuendo you please. There is ONE thing you cannot say about him. . .HE'S NOT ON A NEVER-ENDING VACATION IN CRAWFORD, TEXAS!!!
Many of you on this board are SO furious that a black man, a black DEMOCRAT to boot, was elected. You cannot STAND it! You categorically dismiss all the trials, travails and outright wrong decisions by Obama's predecessors and attempt to lay ALL responsibility for ALL of our problem on him. That is so typical of people who hate and who cannot think outside their own narrow minds or, as we call it, the box sitting atop your necks!
An educated, articulate, even keeled and highly intelligent BLACK MAN is the President of the United States. Take a deep breath and GET OVER IT!
No matter WHAT this man does, no matter HOW he does it and no matter the time frame, it will NOT be to your liking. That much is apparent.
The party of "No!" is the party of "going no where". The party of "going no where" is a dying party. You "HATE" and you discriminate. .that is what you do best. That is also why your beloved GOP is dying off and changing right under your nose.
Try coming up with some original thoughts for once! Why must you be the puppets of Faux News and their minions? Watching these frothing and snarling pundits pontificate must be a turn on for you guys. How else could your adoration and absolute submission of your entire BRAIN to these idiots be explained?
These things I wonder, but, I must confess, don't really care about. I just like to post!
I'm glad President Obama is as engaged as he is and as competent as he is relative to the issue of America's role in a global economy. I'm glad he is discerning and deliberate about making the RIGHT decision relative to the war in Afghanistan. I'm glad he is concerned about the health and well-being of people who would, otherwise, have NO advocate speaking for them on the matter. I'm glad he is a pragmatic and conscientious leader. I'm glad I voted for him, and VERY proud that he is my President.
I understand that the issues we are facing today will take time to resolve. Those of you out there who seemingly lost touch with reality for the last two decades are just waking up to a reality that YOU didn't want. Well, you can thank a number of prior administrations for their contributions to crippling our economy and for allowing the criminals of Capitalism to breed the greed! WHERE WERE YOU ALL THIS TIME, ASLEEP AT YOUR Wii WHEEL?
You guys have GOT to be smoking something! That, or you're hopped up on the lasted venomous bite of Rush Limbarf! if you weren't so pathetic, you would be funny! In fact, you ARE funny. You make me laugh, and in a GOOD way!
Now. . .UNLEASH THE HOUNDS! If you're REALLY SMART, you'll ignore me altogether. Let's make it like a staring contest. Let's see who blinks first. He who has NO self-control will LOSE! Oh, and I'm not going to lose! I never do!
Sure disagree with the BLACK man and the race card trumps all. What garbage. I disagree with Mr Obama because of this policies, what there are of them, not his race which I could care less about. The koolaid drinkers who use this kind of inflamatory rhetoric should be ashamed of themselves. Have you done anything to improve race relations in this country? This racist attack did not.
And OBAMA is black for so long we believe it ........it was Marketing bait. He is Malotto half black half white..So raciest and bigots on both sides Just got screwed by dah man and dah Bro.
No reason? How about that disagreeing with everything he is trying to do, and the crazy spending plans, the lack of national defense backbone, the thuggish tactics to stifle opposition, and the presses undying love to the point they are completely asleep at the wheel.
More sight-seeing?????
Nice to see you Mr. Chairman. First let me apologize for the last 50,000 years.... Second, here's the key's to your new country.
I've got to go now: basketball game, round of golf, beer night, date night, etc....
THEN we'll get somewhere.
sdpaulson. And his parting words:
"Oh, before I forget. I also brought about half-a-trillion in treasury bonds with me. Please buy them. please, please, please...
Don't ya love how this article makes it sound like "The Obama World Tour 2009":
His Asian journey will add four countries to the 16 he has already visited. He is traveling first to Japan, then to Singapore, China and South Korea. The eight-day trip will highlight a dramatically changing continent.
we can now call him THE BEGGAR IN CHIEF.

"One of my most important tasks is to continue to strengthen the relationship between the United States and Asia," Obama said.
Yeah, right.
The DEBTOR relationship with OUR NEW BOSSES.
US Debt under the Leftist Liberals: Still Growing and Going Strong.
Whats so tough about saying "I'm sorry" since thats all he has done since he has been in office. Seems easy to me. Course he will probably send them some more dough, though!
Excuse me, but doesn't he have daughting challenges at home that he keeps running away from?
he has to go over, do some apologizing, kiss some assss and sign what's left of our country over to the Chinese.
Here's a special note to all of those people that loved to bash Bush for the last 8 years.
How's it feel when the tables are turned? LOL
Uh, I'd say Obama doesn't need to go to Asia to face daunting challenges; he's got plenty of those right here at home!
"This is what Obama Hitler has in mind now."
More conservative garbage.
I am beginning to think that Michelle put her foot down and told President Obama that the only place he can chain smoke is on Air Force One.
That would explain his very frequent trips without any sort of visible purpose.
"Obama faces daunting challenges in Asia tour" what happened? His teleprompter broke?
"Here's a special note to all of those people that loved to bash Bush for the last 8 years.
How's it feel when the tables are turned? LOL"
I feel the same....sorry that I have to share my country with such fools
The only thing that really bothers me is, some people that actually think, he is doing a good job? Speaking of jobs, wheres those 3 to 4 million jobs Oblahblah?
YES WE CAN = Mantra for the brain dead !!!!
Hope and Change......I Hope there is some Change left, when Oblahblah is out of office!
Just collectin' stamps in my passport, guys! C'mon Michelle. Let's go out for sushi...
Hey Tired of the BS,
No kidding, I was dating a perfectly good woman until recently...she was way to the left and had this delusion that he (Obummer) was doing a good job, no way that was going to last.
As soon as I get a new loan from China and accept my Nobel Peace Prize then I'll make a decision.
Here's the link where I got the above numbers: http://www.bookrags.com/research/balance-of-trade-ebf-01/
Check it out.
Black Knight - What did George W. Bush do? Bomb them? No, he was do bing playing 'Where's the WMD in Iraq".
I've not objection with somebody finding fault with the policies of Obama or Clinton. But let's judge all our President's by the same measurements.
Last I heard, it was during Bush's administration that North Korea became a nuclear power.
dman-353357: Since we are keeping tab on who did what it was Ms. Allbright and Mr. Clinton who gave N. Korea the Uranium needed to make the Bomb. and allowed North Korea to pursue the peaceful nuclear develpment.
check your facts.
Koreans.
Well all I saw in the picture was about 20 heads of state seriously concerned about global economy and only one using it for a photo op.
... can guess which one?
GOP whining is getting old. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAA. LMAO!
TYS... I can hear the Jeopardy theme in my head...
dman:
25...count 'em, 25...posts it took until someone (you) posted something intelligent, informative and fact-based, with a link to your source to boot.
Most of what went before was nothing more than knee-jerk, hackneyed, swaggering, insulting and completely valueless ranting and rhetoric.
I just wanted to thank you for contributing something worthwhile.
where's your sense of humor?
oh....thank you Amighty "O",
Yes, a prosperous China is "good" for all. How about a prosperous U.S.? I wonder, if China is going to be signing a pact in Copenhagen next month. Ummm, no.
"Get the Point"...you liberal drones.
he must be in "muslim asia" !
"Appology For America's Existence" tour part 127
jmo
Tired of BS -
You might have valid points to make, but your vulgar language and insulting style get in the way.
When posts are loaded with personal insults and inflammatory attacks, I tend to take whatever substance they might have with a grain of salt.
If I even read them at all.
Don't take it personally, you have a lot of company here.
Anita -
Yeah, I do laugh at some of the things people say here. Until I reflect that they get to vote, and that's a sobering thought.
China not a threat? Power not a zero-sum game?
Has our president never heard of the First Law of Thermodynamics? There is a fixed amount of petroleum in the world and we are competing with China for what is left of it. China is a threat, and power is a zero-sum game. American business transformed dirt farmer China into a petrol burning machine. We saw the result of globalized trade last summer: $140/bbl crude oil.
Our president is talking about free-trade and climate change, but free-trade is climate change.
...
Sad to say, but unions have so disenfranchised themselves with America, we don't want to buy anything from them anymore. After 5 NEW gms in the past 14 years, never again.
"Obama called himself "America's first Pacific president.""
Next it will be..........oh shucks, you can fill in the blank.
Obama: Prosperous China good for all
That was lead-in to this article, and it's true.
I respect the office, not the man
Get The Point
GOP whining is getting old. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAA. LMAO!
Your a moron. I guess you already knew that. No one ever said democrats were bright.
Obama is the worst president in U.S. history.
Obama is the only president to ever declare we needed a new declaration of independence.
Obama doesn't even know what the declaration of independence is, or what it stands for.
2012 can't come soon enough so we can get this moron out of the white house.
Obama said it correctly
He said his is Asia's President
He sure as hell is not America's President
sdpaulson: your comment is disrespectful, and it sounds more like how you might do it if you were there!!!
Get The Point:
And you are proud of what part of this waste-of-presidency?
Prosperous China good for all? They and corperations around this counrty have pretty much ruined our own American Economy for the last three decades!
dale,
I'm pretty sure sdpaulson meant it that way. Perhaps you were unaware that respect is something that is earned.
Fred G of N.C.
What do you suggest Henrich?
Henrich von Dorf
Right on point.
Look at it this way, "the longer obama is out of Washington the safer we are."
Michael, good question. I can't. Even in the best years of the 90s, the national debt continue to rise, increasing by 100 to 200 billion dollars per year. The years since, make these numbers appear better than they were.
Not only does free trade with Asia destroy American jobs, it destroys the environment, and is the main reason for high fuel prices.  As the economy begins its recovery, my prediction is $7 per gallon for gasoline in the U.S by next summer.
What a fantastic ****-up. History will look back on this on analysis as to why America fell from superpowerdom.
Obama is 10 times more a liability than GWB was.
wow, thats all the republicans did is sign free trade agreements( china, nafta, central america, columbia, blah, blah blah and now you are all over obama.    pick your battles are you just look like fools.
Skipper99 -
Didn't you mean PIMPIN' THIEF? Or is it PIMPIN' CHIEF? Or maybe PIMP 'N CHIEF?
His program of Hope and Change is now Rope and Chains.
As for him being the "America's first Pacific President" he simply refuses to accept any fact of being an America without some additional "qualifiers" such as africa, pacific, minority, etc. Here he is trying to "fit in" with the rest of the kids on the playground. Trying to fit in is an outward admission of inferiority - not quite up to the caliber of your fellow palymates.
More "free trade?"
All that does is impoverish the masses, at the expense of the "elite" few.
Oh, that's right, President Obama's Secretary of the Treasury is an ex-Government Sachs, I mean, Goldman Sachs man.
I am losing all hope.
Amazing how the same people who want unregulated capitalism are the same ones against free trade. They go hand in hand.
Once again, the right wing nut-jobs, collapse every comment that they disagree with. To scared to face opposing view points. Chickens!!!!
Doesn't this kinda NOT help us unless we start manufacturing again, and selling our goods?
I don't know how Obama can do so well with foreign relations, and so poorly on international commerce.
Get Real...
If you're going to try to be witty you should at least learn to spell first.
Collapsed why? You friggin' cowards who can't deal with reason.
Wikipedia and Youtube The right's two main sources for "reliable" information after Fox, Glenn, Sean and Rush.
Dewintre - A drug addled 10-year old could take charge in the Oval Office and not be as much of a liability as George W. Bush.
Michael-633180
His whole second term.
You're blaming a liberal because you couldn't get laid? Now that's a Republican excuse if I ever heard one!
As if your value system doesn't stoop low enough to not give a damn for a few hours...
C'mon micro, you oughta know by now that everything is the left's fault.
To Roy Wilson, I know he is a lawyer, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I am sure he has a speech-writing team. Many of his speeches lately have been pretty much a waste of air. They just don't say anything useful or do anything to help America.
Not true, Stand-up. I looked up the year-by-year figures for the national debt and it continued to go up throughout the Clinton presidency. I still thing the government back then, meaning Congress and the President did a much better job at showing fiscal restraint and responsibility. But obiously some dollar items were excluded from the "balanced budgets" of the Clinton era.
obama is going to be praised by his helpers. He cares nothing about America. just overthrowing America for muslims. this is my opinion.
You know what they say about "opinions", right Debbie? I would file your opinion in the "round file", but then again what do I know, right Debbie?
Good GRIEF! Get brainwashed much, Debbie? I'm just saying. . .
Asknreceive:
Hmmm I think you need to rephrase this to - "You know what they say about "opinions" that differ from mine, right Debbie?. She has every right to her opinion unless we have lost that right too in America... Seems like most who read this agree with Debbie and not you...but you have the right to your opinion too...I'm just stating the obvious here.
"obama is going to be praised by his helpers."
*****BREAKING NEWS*****
Bring back Bush & Cheney
Citing Palin and Limbaugh, amongst others some seem to feel represent Conservatives, is simply ignorance. Also, arguing party lines when BOTH have continually sold us, our economy, out for decades now.... this is also ignorant.
Keep it up. Argue party politics, not what's really in the best interest of Americans, the economy. This two party system is the best we can get. Give up the idea of true representation, of sound regulations. Certainly, one party is better than the other... let's just give it another 50 years and see.
I agree they should both be on trail for war crimes.
Obama is the freakin Pied Pipper and you all are the rats following the music blindly...I pitty you
Finally a good acronym ... i have been trying to come up with one for the longest time.
they have those bumper stickers, magnets, etc at cafepress.com
I bought stocking stuffer magnets on that site
...and now we know its true, B.O. does stink, bad.
Clotho - do you even live in this dimension?
Clotho.....

Clotho " Sorry to get political, but it will be nice for Americans to feel like a country again, instead of split into two factions."
I thought they closed the Neverland Ranch. Did you sneak in when Michael Jackson died?
Free trade = unregulated capitalism... Isn't that what all you neo-cons want?
Overthrowing America for the Muslims isn't an opinion, it's a ridiculous paranoid fantasy. There's nothing Muslim about Obama apart from his name, get over it.
And agreed, the fact that the Right is complaining about this is entirely hypocritical - deregulation is exactly what you've been asking for. If you're complaining about this move from Obama, I'd better damn well sure see you arguing for more bank and local trade regulations, or else you're completely uncredible.
Billybob-788883
Clearly some mental problems with Billybob. Don't you have a car propped up on it's side with 2X4's in front of your trailer that nedds afixin?
Speckialk--- quit using that stuff.
The Economy is on his mind? Which one, China's???
Bush/Cheney sold the Chinese a Trillion dollars a year in Treasury Certificates to fund their war on terrorism. Now the Chinese control our economy by controlling our debt and Osama Bin Laden is still making videos. Thanks, GOP (Greed Over Patriotism). I hope President Obama can delay us having to send our children to China to build their railroads.
Marine Vet,
Obama has presided over the largest amount of national debt in the history of this nation.
Bush/Cheney sold the Chinese a Trillion dollars a year in Treasury Certificates to fund their war on terrorism
And Clinton sold them missile guidance systems. Thanks slut in chief.
Get a life. Bush is no longer in office.
Hey navynuke you've been into the sauce again, right? I love it, the conservatives have gone from the "party of ideas" to the party of the clueless.
The economy's tanking, what should we do? Ugh, blame Obama.
The health care system is unsustainable, what should be done? Oppose any changes.
No contributions, just name calling, whining, and whimpering. Boo hoo hoo, the sky is falling.
So much for the great ideas and leadership from the party of “NO”. :-P
Pot and kettle, Will
With our debt calculator spinning as fast as it is now, don't count on it!
Look at the signs -
The fiscal year 2009 budget deficit, triple that of 2008, was 10 percent of GDP.
Get Real,
It scares me to death, for my kids, but I think you're right.
You mean, "How can I get my country to bend over more, so that you feel safe in buying the whats left of it for yourselves!?"
Tanx Mr Obama for your effort to resume relationship with the world and As African I wish you a goodluck and Im sure you will earn back the respect of this country.
maybe you should learn how to spell or type coherent sentences. And please don't forget who has been running congress since 2006.
When did the dems get majority? Was it 2006? People forget that bit of info. :)
Afro my man. If your boy was doing so great you libs wouldn't have to keep saying "Bush did, Bush did." You'd just quote facts and stats to show what a great job he's doing.
But 'cha can't...
Cause he sucks.
Colonel, you are exactly correct. If obama was so good, the libs would be here talking about all his wonderful accomplishments. Yet they are here trying to defend their messiah who has shown himself to be incompetent.
jackson. That's it dude.
All I get is from these people is "Bush this" and "Cheney that."
I never hear real accomplishments from them. Why? Because there are none.
Also, I need to ask Mr. Afro what a "though of the neigborhood" is.
And what's a "tacktic?"
Is that anything like a "tic-tac?"
AfroLove
You are the prime example of the Obama supporters who thought Sarah Palin was his running mate last year. You have no basis for your opinion other than some catch phrases you learned down at Pic-Pac Liquor sipping Olde English with your homies.
I didn't know that Bush and CHeney (as representatives of the US) where on their way to CHINA?
afroboy- after trying to understand your letter, i assume your from africa which might explain your ineptness with the english spelling and sentence construction. since these concepts might overwhelm you, i'll talk about your blasting pres. bush. he has delivered more financial aid to africa to combat aids...FACT! if your a citizen of the u.s. i fear for our countries future. you are a poster child for birth control.
Thanks, Afro, for starting my day with a good laugh...
Does anyone speak proper English anymore?
Yeah, how far did you get in school? "da turd grate"? Another uneducated "blind follower"
roscoe: Would you like to come down here to Texas where I live and talk to some of these "real smart rednecks"? You might change your mind about who is uneducated and who are the blind followers.
Well Verno old fella, how do you know I'm not in Texas? And if you are refering to the "dumb white trash", there are just as many of those as there are of what you think I was refering to.
OK Rosco - once your done in Texas, just come over and visit us in Alabama. We can just go beheind the tool shed and "talk" about it.
Say what?
Say what?

But I'm not saying anything that we all, well...most of us, don't already know
We're really gonna be screwed when someone tells Obama the election is over and he can stay home now!
Too true too be funny
.
I wonder where we'd be if Perot had been elected...
Up up and away!!! Again..
"Beggar-in-Chief" off to borrow 176.4 billion. His credit score must blow the top off of Experian, etc..
Now, if he could only get the "moon walk" down.
Gunny haven't you heard, he had to borrow someone else's credit score to get the loan.
Meanwhile...in Afghanistan, the troops morale is sinkin', and B.O. keeps stinkin'. Damn, that could be a good song!
Afrolove have another sip of Kool Aid. Obama has spent more in 8 months than all of the presidents in the past combined. He still wants to keep spending with no way to pay. Simple logic is that if you can't pay for your bills the last thing you do is keep spending!
The Chinese better check "FreeCreditReport.CON."

"I hope President Obama can delay us having to send our children to China to build their railroads."
How do you see Obama doing this, Marine Vet? Please enlighten us on the policies and actions underway, in THIS administration, to prevent this.
Free trade = unregulated capiatilims. Isn't that what you neo-cons want?
At least Marine Vet uses proper grammar.

He announced today that he notices unemployment is a big deal in the US! He will begin 'TALKS' in December?!?!
i'm hoping a strategy has been devised where the opposition has been waiting for the president and his administration to commit treason against our constitution and remove him and his crowd. not a lawyer, but i think there is several items that might qualify looking into; troop levels requested by his generals, if health care passes requiring everybody to purchase plans. i see nothing in the constitution that says we must comply. possible fines and jail for not complying. is our leadership so out of touch with the people they serve. we are barely making it to put a roof over our heads, food on the table, gas in our car. somedays, i hope when it's time to cash in my chips i leave it or hide it so the gov't can't find it. next best chance to neuter the dangerous power of spend, spend, spend is 2010... and repubs you better put your name on a new contract with america, that's the only way i cast a vote your way. your first bill will be to pass legislation for term limits. that ought to start shaking things up. and when your done with congress you don't get to keep lifetime health benefits. your back in the boat, just like the rest of us.
rr:
We might add something I got in an email last night, "congress will not pass laws that apply to the people and not themselves, and not anything for themselve thats not for the people"
That ought to bring them back to earth where they belong, working for US, not themselves
Here's an economic strategy to try! Spend our money like you would spend yours. Then Michelle would be going to McDonalds instead of Manhattan.
Job Strategy. Since you have never really had one I doubt you know how to create them but stop preventing their creation with all of your new taxes, fines, mandatory enrollments.
Behold, my one-man monologue, a dramatic depiction of conservatives for the last 8 months...
WAHHH!! WAHHH! WAHHH! WAHHHHHH! WAHHH! WAHHH!!!
Fin.
Simple_minded- That means we have 7 years and 4 months remaining to equal the leftists' whining jag.
Fin.
"WAHHH!! WAHHH! WAHHH! WAHHHHHH! WAHHH! WAHHH!!!"
Well, there you have it. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm dazzled beyond words. One more leftist post that is beyond debate.
"China's economy is bouncing back briskly."
Yes carol, the true statesmen at traditionally communist countries have learned. . . .
COMMUNISM DOESN'T WORK
CAN SOMEONE GIVE A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO OBAMA, PELOSI AND REID?
New KFC Meal
We all remember the "Hillary Meal"---small breasts and
big thighs.
Now, KFC has announced an addition to their chicken dinners.
It's called the Obama Cabinet Bucket.---It consists of nothing but
left wings and a$$holes.
Cannonballer:
Thats great dude, lol, how "right' you are, lol some more
Obama says he wants an equal partnership with Asia.
HA. What a liar.
Obama is selling us to China with his insatiable desire to spend, spend, spend and borrow, borrow, borrow.
Our new masters are buying us up lock, stock and barrel.
China loves him and calls him Oba Mao, wonder why?
What?
"What ever happened to "our" or "we"?"
Why don't you hop on a plane and join the discussions? You can then say "we" and "our".
Just the picture of your sorry a$$ getting on Air Force One makes me sick to the stomach!
he's not going away to fix things, he's going to Asia to beg and borrow against our children's freedoms and opportunities.
Yes, he is!
"newsvine is crazy" I'd be very interested to read your spin that justifies your statement.
tex: don't recall you complaining when Bush was traveling to other countries and making a fool of himself.
No shoes thrown at this President.
Obama faces daunting challenges in Asia tour
obama is out of the country yet again....go figure
That's because he cant fix, or even deal with the "daunting challenges" right here in the USA!
YES WE CAN = Mantra for the brain dead !!!!
Hope and Change......I Hope there is some Change left, when Oblahblah is out of office!
President Obama should have a problem with Indonesia, they are Muslims! He probably won't lie to them like he does to the American People! Still hasn't come forward with a plan for Troop levels! Probably has to ask his IMAM!
It is a sin for a Muslim to lie to other Muslims.
I like the "cash for junkies"program. Good one
me too!
One more well intended program that has had terrible after affects.
Mark~ What program are you talking about?
Cash for junckers
I never do!
READY! SET! GO!
Well, like I said, I never lose! Thank you brett! I can ALWAYS count on you! You da MAN!
Good night and good luck. THIS WAS A SINCERE SENSATION, BUT I'M LATE FOR A DATE WITH MY HUBBY!
ADIDAS!. . or is it "Good Nike"?? I ALWAYS get those two confused!
"what? huh? did you say something? anything of importance?"
It's called the truth.
This racist attack did not.
asknrecieve,
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.............
Gees we have been told for so long that
Budwieser is the king of beers
Coke is the real thing
Exxon puts a tiger in your take
And OBAMA is black for so long we believe it ........it was Marketing bait.
Get back to me when he's actually fixed something. Kay?
