What I believe Linda meant to say was that Obama tripled the national DEFICIT, not debt. When Mr. Bush left office, it was hovering somewhere around $500 billion (that means that for 2008, the amount added to the national debt was 500 billion) which was the highest on record. Now, one year later, with Mr. Obama as President, the National Deficit has tripled said record to 1.4 trillion dollars.

Yes, there are many people, smart and not so, that believe in mythology. The problem are those that are willing to kill for their brand of mythology over that of another person.

According to Thomas Jefferson, Washington would never brand himself a Christian. He was asked many times, but would avert the question. I don't know if Washington himself was a deist but he was definitely influenced by Deism. Jefferson and Franklin were definitely Deists. Other founders who were influenced by Deism include Paine, Madison and even Adams to some degree. That's not to say that they were not influenced by Christianity also. The problem I have is that the right is rewriting history by claiming that all of our founding fathers were Christian. They were actually free thinking children of the enlightenment but that sounds way too Aquarian for the right.

Bristol moved to Anchorage to be under less scrutiny- then her Mom accepts the nomination and she is exposed nationally. Second, she claims to be pro military but while as Gov of Alaska, she gave all military contact ( Memorials, deployments etc) to her Lt Gov. She had no interest in what was happening with the military in AK and the soviet fly-bys ( which have been happening for years) but then she claimed this as some of her international experience. She claimed that she "fired the Chef and driver at the Gov Mansion and tried to make it sound like this was for financial benefit of the state, when in actuality, she did not want to live in Juneau and made the state pick up the tab for her living in her own home in Wasilla ( phones, communications etc) Worse of all, she tried to bill the state for her nights at her own home and per diem for meals etc. Fortunately, this was not approved. Please check my facts. I can go on and on about her dealings in Alaska. The greatest joke on Alaska was her quitting and then trying to claim it was better for the state. Palin and Bush were both Governor's of two the the biggest states in the union. They also had numerous employees working underneaththem and Gov. However, your point about the media ban about slain troops is wrong. I'm a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and the media does not cover the wars in a unbiased manner. First of all, a slain American troop is a personal matter for the family. I detest the media making a mockery out of a slain servicemember to promote a political agenda. If a family okays the media to video or take pictures of a casket draped with Old Glory, then that's up to the family; otherwise, leave them alone. Furthermore, for each casket of the fallen draped with the American flag, an unbiased media source would show a beheading of an American civilian or Soldier or Iraqi that supports the American effort by an extremist or terrorist or whatever else you want to label the @!$%#bags, which, by the way, happens on a daily basis. But you don't know that, because the media doesn't show you that side, of course. Isn't the daily number of the fallen perpetuated by the liberal media enough for you? If not, make sure you view the atrocities by the other side at the same time.

But that's the point, actually - Maobama has large industry and banking by the juevos, so the insurance companies need to be next, and this is how to get them.
