I am baffled as to why the MSM didn't follow this story up very aggressively. It is a major scandal. And it would be front page 24/7 on Fox if the Democrats had perpetrated such a fraud. Bottom line is Obama is just as popular today as the day he was elected by people who voted for him. And that my dear deluded GOP accolytes is the majority of America. I think the media is doctoring the polls to attempt to stave off a boring Democratic rout in the November Election. I certainly don't know of a single Democrat who plans to boycott the party they put in power in 2008.

The great re-distribution of wealth has been during any Republican administration, the last one perhaps the worst. Because the middle class has been so oppressed for the last several decades by administrations and the government sending our jobs overseas, "free"trade rather than "fair" trade, the Republicans have simply tried to milk the new gravy train, the Teaparty, to whip them into their frenzied rhetoric and factless, baseless arguments. This, I believe, is because they cannot win an election on actual realistic goals and policies, as they have none. a bit of history -

showing the difference between the then democrats and now. democrat then didn't mean what it does now. Same holds true for republican. Then republican were all for civil rights and equality. the roles remain the same but the names have changed. the bulk that hated and were/are KKK are still located mainly in the south and vote republican.

In Louisiana the Democratic convention resolved that "we hold this to be a Government of White People, made and to be perpetuated for the exclusive benefit of the White Race, and....that the people of African descent cannot be considered as citizens of the United States." Mississippi and Florida in particular enacted vicious black codes, other southern states (except North Carolina) passed somewhat less severe versions, and President Andrew Johnson did nothing to prevent them from being enforced.
These laws and the violence that erupted against blacks and union supporters in the South outraged Northerners who just a few months before had celebrated victory not only over the Confederacy, but its system of slavery as well. In protest of the defiant Black Codes, Congress refused to seat the new Southern senators and representatives when it reconvened in December 1865 after a long recess. Thus at the moment the fledgling Klan was born in Pulaski, the stage was set for a showdown between Northerners determined not to be cheated out of the fruits of their victory and die-hard Southerners who refused to give up their supremacy over blacks.
Ironically, the increasingly violent activities of the Klan throughout 1866 tended to help prove the argument of Radical Republicans in the North, who wanted harsher measures taken against Southern governments as part of their program to force equal treatment for blacks. Partly as a result of news reports of Klan violence in the South, the Radicals won overwhelming victories in the Congressional elections of 1866

Americans forget how UGLY and VIOLENT our history has been especially with regard to the treatment of blacks and native Americans !!! without ETHIC CLEANSING our country would not exist !!! and, without slavery there would not have been sufficient CAPITAL to EXPLOIT the resources of the NEW LAND !!! racism is simply a construct(like a fairy tale) used to justify killing indians, taking their land and enslaving blacks for economic gain !!! I'm sick of it too, it's out of character and ignorant to think minorities don't work. Minorities are very much apart of the middle class in that sense. We are the taxpayers, if there are no jobs for us, then we can't work, and people need to start realizing that the stimulus is actually working, and jobs are being created. There is proof of that, believe or not. Lets get passed the media and their lies a cover ups , the race cards, and think for ourselves ,and stop being fooled by the extreme rich individuals and their fear, hate, rampage logic thats been used for years now and start seeing the reality of all. How about sending in troops to desegregate schools? JFK, RFK, LBJ did nothing? Affirmative action? Supporting labor unions of which many blacks are members? Economically, the Democrats have a much better record of supporting working class and minority interests where Republicans support trickle down economics.

I have no problem with any black being a member of any party. I can't imagine why working class people of any color would support Republicans.

The harsh reality of it all, is that blacks don't really belong in the republican party or any other race to be completely realistic here (not racist, this is a clear reality point of view) , there are very few honestly. This is what needs to be changed in America strictly for this party, because, true republicans out there have true american values, and individuals running the party are losing all credibility for the true republicans/conservatives. Many white obstructionist republican individuals, have an agenda to get rid of all blacks, and anyone who isn't white within the republican party, and get rid of white republicans who favor the word "equal" and go back to having slaves in this country. Yes, they will turn on their own. That is a harsh true fact and a sad un-American reality to be acknowledged. take it for what it is. This agenda has always been there for years now. Those individuals where a mask in this country , but their obvious to spot if you can get passed the media, and stop listening to certain individuals who are feeding you crap. Many are scared to see this , that these individuals exist!

See the whole picture for what it is, and not just what we want to see, until we can do that, we will be forever blind and continuing to allow obstructionist individuals insult our intelligence. No more sticking up for them.

As for Steele? I'm sorry , but you've been used by people in your own party who care too much about playing politics with the dems, and put you where you are, because simply your black, and at the time they put you in there, was a time where they needed to not look racist, so there you are, and your now apart of a game between republicans and democrats to get back each other and which party can out-do the other , and you will be thrown out ,when they don't need you anymore.

They successfully used Steele to tone down the truth that creeping up on the GOP once again, that they are clearly racist! If anyone has the guts to challenge that, then your just apart of the problem.
