Yeah, start working the crowd now! Abysmal approval rating, failed ideas and policies, failure to hold a majority in the House, and close to losing the majority in the Senate, still stuck on two fronts in the middle east, with no end in sight, economy still suffering, unemployment still at a record high, major embarassment with other world leaders because of lack of knowledge of foreign customs and protocols.

But hey, the press still thinks he's a great guy, and if he's re-elected, he'll pull a miracle out of one of those ears! Maybe both!

I don't think the public will be in a forgiving mood two years from now.........

Look at the headlines . Wall street bonuses may top last year. Border agent shot dead. GOP delay on nuclear treaty. The president doesn't get credit for what he has gotten done, and comdemed for what he hasn't. He's had to fight the Republican party and their sponsers( big business and wall street ) on every issue. And then you have to count the 1/2 Dem, 1/2 Repubs. that are claiming their Dems. but go along with the Repubs. more then their own party. You know the ones, the ones that wanted to distance themselves from the president before the Midterms. And I won'teven talk about all the false stories spread by a certain News agency and it's unbaised reporters. All in all I think the president has done a great job. I don't agree with him on the Arizona lawsuit, nor on the Bush tax cut extentsions.

Three things got Obama elected. Bush fatigue, Bush war and Bush deficit spending. Obama has continued much of the Bush policies including the Patriot Act and corporate bailouts. He has escalated the war, adding 30,000 more troops. $3 trillion added to the national debt in two years. The question in 2012 will be has anything REALLY changed? Based on current sentiments, things have actually gotten worse and voters are getting tired of the blame Bush excuse.

When the voters see that they voted for Republicans and absolutely nothing changes, what will they do then?

Stop oil drilling, take over financial system, take over insurance industry, auto industry, healthcare system, try to take over the media (net. neutrality) blame the police with knowing the facts, sue AZ. for enforcing fed. law, bring in foreign president to condemn us law, sue oil co., insult our alies, appoint head of NASA to show muslim how they contributed to science, blame Republican even though he has SUPER majority,(rep. couldn't block anything) extend unemployment for 3 years, exempt 240 companies from Obama care (crony capitalism) give GE 16 billion (parent co. of MSNBC) screw GM and Chrysler bond holders, give deal to unions (never in the history of our country) commit fraud while selling healthcare take over, fill cabinet with self avowed communists, pit one set of Americans against other Americans, blame the last pres. for everything after 2 years office, expand fed government employee by 10% while country looses millions of jobs, don't salute our troops but bow to foreign governments, don't name our enemies, oppress Americans at the airports for muslim terrorism, spend 20 years in a racist church, but then say you didn't hear anything, push bill after bill knowing its against the American people, and spend, spend, spend....

I surely do HOPE for CHANGE in 2012. This country has tanked so badly since the loser took office. If I were Obama I would just throw my arms up and admit that the job is too big for somebody who didn't have an ounce of experience in anything except how to put on a good pep rally. I wonder how that woman is managing who stated that Obama was going to fill her tank and pay her mortgage. I wonder if Obama took care of those things for her with his private stash... LOL. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 24% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -17.

You just don't come back from numbers like this. Wait till the campaign and he has to debate someone like Romney. Pee Wee Hermann could tear him a new A$$ with the miserable job he's done, let alone a well seasoned politician like Romney. But you lefties go ahead and grab those straws. It's fun to watch.

 Correction, Obama is both down and most definitely out. In 2008, America proved it was a colorblind nation by electing its first black president. In 2012, America will truly prove it is a colorblind nation by defeating him.

Regardless of what you think of President Obama the fact is that he is a thoroughbred when it comes to campaigning. Just ask Hillary Clinton. The problem I see with the Republicans is all they have to run against him are Nags. Palin, Gingrich, Huckabee, Pence, Romney and Thune are Nags. If the Economy continues to improve and the unemployment rate gets down below 8% I do not see a credible Republican challenger out there.

I looked and didnt see any links in the story to the origional poll will most likely have to go to the origionators to find out the rest of the particulars of this single poll . they tell us that it was asked of 1000 individuals with no more break down as to where it was taken or what exactly the wording used was.

Im reminded of a story from yrs ago , where a HS student , did a poll, and asked folks if a substance should be banned . and asked them to after taking the poll to sign a petition.

This student went into great detail of what the harmful effects and properties of this substance was . from its caustic properties , what it was a major component in , he specifically mentioned acid rain, he also detailed the affects of this substance on the human body from causing wrinkles , and puffiness, to it being climatically active having other effects on humans as well , and that it changed forms due to its enviroment , he even told those polled that exposure to this substance in minute parts has been proven to cause death in Humans and other species. he pointed oit how over exposure , has been proven to have a destabilizing quality to soil and could render it unusable if enough was present. he concluded with his poll that a high number of those taking it , in the 90% range were for banning the substance and readily signed the petition. the name of the substanse was Dihydrogen mono oxide. this of course is a cribs notes version , he had many reputable sources to back up his claims , to prove what he said was true , and it is all true , this substance is everything that has been stated , and can do exactly what he stated . the part he didnt tell those polled , was what was the common chemical syble or the common name for this substance. how many of you would be for banning this substance , just on whats been presented?

The common chemical symble is H2O , dihydrogen , meaning 2 hydrogen molecules, monoxide, meaning 1 oxygen molecule, commonly called water.

From my understanding the student did this poll for a science fair, and it was for apolitical science course, and his objective was to show how polls can be manipulated to achieve a desired result , with the questions asked , and the evidence presented , and even how they are presented.

So anyone for banning water?
