If this Government would spend this much time and effort enforcing the existing immigration laws as it does going after the states for doing it, we wouldn't be in the trouble that we are in! The immigration system isn't broken its dying from lack of support!

When the people of this country tell the Federal Government that they do not want illegal alien's in or schools and leaching money from aid in our country to send back to Mexico, we mean it! When they ignore what they are being told to do by the people that's a BIG problem. If you ignored your bosses instruction would you still have a job? The people employ the Fed. It's no wonder people are protesting and if change does not come soon, maybe a revolution "again".

How about enforcing laws prohibiting the hiring if illegals? Its employers who hire illegals who have the ear of the Dept. of Justice. They won't have access to El Cheapo labor if they get deported.

Aren't there some sort of laws restricting behavior that obstructs "justice and punishes those that would stand against the enforcement of the LAW in this country and clearly the federal government is stomping all over the "responsibility" that each state has to enforce laws, this is ridiculous the federal government wants to use federal resources to close down the medical marijuana industry, with absolutely no regard as to what the state's voters have clearly stated they wanted and on the flip side of that the federal government ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to enforce immigration laws clearly written and on the books for decades now, it has become increasingly clear that this administration has only one goal and that is to entirely squash the middle class American voter out of existence.

The current administration couldn't handle being publicly exposed for not supporting the US Constitution, on immigration! {:-)}

Let's see, this comes from the same organization that was exposed for starting a gun running operation across an International border, without the knowledge of that Nation. The operation provided gun to the drug Cartels, and used the results to "prove" that our current gun laws were insuficient! It was responsible for the deaths of at least two of our own agents and untold hundreds of Mexicans!

As an Independent I find Obama's suing of our own states and people for a Vote just despicable. Many Independents I know feel the same way. My GF is a complete liberal and she thinks it as well. All I see is just the trade of one crook for another....get rid of the lawyers, professional politicians, lobbyists, and all of the other power brokers, and let the common people rule for just one term! We couldn't do any worse than what we have!
