    SEEAM60: Maybe you could tell me just who is it that insisted we have a higher limit of money to spend and Who does all the spending? NO one seems to be able to stop the president of spending, spending and spending more and more. He DID agree along with Congress a way back, to stop spending and raising our debt. DID HE?
