The US tax codes go after all accounts, not just ones in the US. Romney has and did pay taxes on these same bank accounts you are griping about. ( actually take the time to read what was made public instead of taking what someone else says as truth )

camen and swiss accounts are more for EU people hiding their money, since they do not go after money outside of their bank system.

I am personally fine with him paying 13.9 percent. I know the difference between a Cap Gain tax, and a Payroll tax. He paid over 6 million in taxes.. How much did you pay?
