Santorum isn't positioning himself to be the conservative alternative to Obama; he's positioning himself to be the fanatical Taliban alternative. Despite the polarization of politics in the US, even the bulk of Republican voters are far too middle-of-the-road to institute a theocracy under Santorum, whose primary political agenda is hatred rather than solutions to problems with the economy, environment, foreign affairs, or domestic issues. A Santorum candidacy is the best thing Obama can hope for, and could create the bizarre occurrence of Republican voters crossing over to vote for a Democrat.

What do we know about Rick Santorum ? Is he of American descent? What does his birth certificate say? We don't want another Obama ever again. I don't understand why the USA FBI can't investigate and tell the American public where Obama came from and how. Why aren't our candidates screened and their background known before putting them in a position to run our country and be head of our armed forces? I, for one, have never heard of Rick Santorum before now. What is he or was he before running for the highest office in America?

Santorum thinks birth control should be illegal. Wants to criminalize ALL abortions for ANY reason, wants more tax cuts for the rich, do away with Social Security and Medicare. He is as out of touch with America and as dangerous as the Taliban. "You do as my crackpot religion believes or YOU GO TO JAIL". How do the Rethugs shoot themselves in the foot with someone like this when they HATE Obama so much??

Santorum hasn't got a chance! The fluke last Tuesday was primarily because Rick was the only candidate that put a lot of time and energy into those states. People haven't learned all about Rick yet, but when they do, his support will vanish. Ron Paul has a letter out which is noteworthy on this subject.

The Santorum win in MO was no great surprise and the other two states, COLO. and Minn. are both Caucus states which are more susceptible to take-overs from ideological, well-organized groups and less reflective of the real voting public. I think that many Santorum supporters will be disappointed with their man’s long term performance.

Santorum is the only one that should win this Election. Obama is a Communist traitor. Romney is Obama-lite, we would be getting the exact same progressive socialist BS from Romney as we do from Obama. Newt's flip flopping on most of the issues and the fact he has more skeletons in his closet then a Vincent Price movie marathon, make Newt a very poor choice for President. And Ron Paul is so lax on foreign affair, along with his "Constitutional" soap box, we would rather wait for Iranian nukes to hit America first, and wait for Congress to finish debating about weather or not to declare war, and then only respond to Iran only after Congress declares war, then to take out Iran's Nuclear Scientist to keep Iran from ever getting the bomb in the first place. They are vocal ... without conscience, without real merit, without true sincerity, only with ambition, desire and aggressive determination to dominate, regardless of any real value to the people. Should they ever stick to the real issues, to the real concerns of the people (jobs, the economy, a “level playing field”, solving problems), instead of their trumped up efforts to excite and distract people, then it would be totally obvious from their history and actions that they fail to responsibly represent the majority (99%) and instead just cater to "the few" (1%), who strongly support them and dictate to them., They literally want to return to "more of the same", Bush-Cheney style, that cost all but "the few" so greatly. If the voters fail to see their self-serving deception, don’t refuse to be conned and to reject their "puppet" candidates, then we are very apt to be returned to "more of the same" that continually pushes this country to be a two-class society with "the few" competing in having it all while the majority struggles to survive – don't believe that, just check your current status against what it was thirteen years ago, ... and realize that those spending the humungous sums of money aren’t doing it because they like the candidates, they really fully intend to control things to be in their favor, regardless of what it costs the majority.

They are prolific with their propaganda but words are cheap and without guarantees; only actions clearly indicate their real identity, loyalty and commitment. For the last twelve years the Republican Party has made their total loyalty to “the few” (1%), and their real identity as “puppets” for the influential, powerful and extremely wealthy, who strongly support them and who “pull their strings”, and their stubborn commitment to their political ambitions above all else, no matter what the cost to the majority (99%), crystal clear. Bush-Cheney proved beyond any doubt that the “trickle down” theory is a total fraud only making the wealthy wealthier and soliciting political support. Throughout that process and ever since the Republican / Tea Party has arrogantly demonstrated their total fixation on their political goals, obnoxiously without conscience or any responsible concern, by always faulting and blocking any real efforts and belligerently withholding all bipartisan cooperation, with their self-serving full intention to continue the problems and to gain political advantage. They even have aggressively coerced and intimidated their own to assure complete unity and to effectively squelch individual consciences. With their abundant funds, including but not limited to the SuperPacs, they seek to scare, intimidate and to appeal to people’s biases, prejudices, loyalties and emotions, using words like “socialism”, “liberal”, “big government” and “deficit” as negatives and words like “conservative”, “constitutional” and “small government” as positives ... but the history of their actions shows only a performance that concentrates on their interests and those interests of “the few”.

It has been said that the current Republican Party, with their being totally owned and controlled by “the money”, is completely incapable of ever responsibly governing. It would seem that their actions over the last twelve years have done nothing but substantiate that and their propaganda as being empty and totally misleading. While there is merit in cutting government spending, reducing the deficit and achieving “smaller government”, those things won’t solve the existing problems as they didn’t cause the problems ... rather all of the problems were created in the repeated exploitation by the advantaged few, encouraged by a co-responsible permissive government that takes care of “the few” who provide the money, power and influence to buy and control those “puppet” politicians. To ever return to “more of the same”, Bush-Cheney style, would be to continue that mentality and the drastic costs to the majority.
